12-23 points total
Mild overeating: You may experience difficulty achieving  weight management goals due to overeating obstacles.

24-36 points total
Moderate overeating:  You will probably encounter  overeating obstacles to healthy weight management.

37-48 points total Severe overeating: Significant overeating obstacles exist  to prevent healthy weight management.

What Kind Of Overeater Are You?
If you scored over 8 points on questions 1-4: You have a high instance of physical overeating, which is  eating in response to dieting and food deprivation.

If you scored over 8 points on questions 5-8: You have a high instance of emotional overeating, which is  eating to mask or enhance emotions.
