When you don’t get enough to eat, eventually your body can’t take it anymore – and you start eating everything in sight.

In many cases, your brain chemistry has evolved – and it actually depends on and craves certain foods.
3. Unresolved Emotions
When you’re trying to mask feelings, you turn to binge eating to make you feel better. This is the classic “emotional eating”.
